Who We Are

Trustome Livelihood Foundation represents a strategic institutional transformation from the earlier Trustome promoter-funded initiative into a professionally governed Section 8 not-for-profit organisation.

Our field experience and operational learning have reinforced an important understanding: access to credit alone is not enough to create sustainable economic change. Communities also need skills, livelihood opportunities, strong grassroots institutions and sustained support.

To address this need, Trustome has adopted an integrated livelihood model combining financial inclusion, skill development, livelihood promotion and empowerment within a scalable institutional framework.

Director

Anand Kumar C is the Director of Trustome Livelihood Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering rural women and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through micro-finance and financial inclusion initiatives.

With a passion for sustainable development, Anand has focused on creating opportunities for underserved communities, helping them build self-reliant businesses.

His leadership is centered around fostering economic independence and supporting women entrepreneurs, contributing to the growth and development of rural areas through targeted financial support and capacity-building programs.

Ather Ahmed

Director

Ather Ahmed is the Director of Trustome Livelihood Foundation, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the organization’s mission of empowering rural women and Self-Help Groups (SHGs) through micro-credit and financial inclusion.

With a deep commitment to community development, Ather brings expertise in project management and social entrepreneurship.

His leadership focuses on creating sustainable livelihoods, enhancing economic independence, and fostering an environment where women entrepreneurs can thrive and contribute to the growth of their communities.
